Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Supplements must be unopened, unused, and in pristine condition

Products must be reported within 14 days of receipt

Original seal must be intact and undamaged

If the seal is broken, the product has been used, or the packaging is damaged, the return will be rejected. No exceptions.
Customer Responsibility for Returns

The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs

The customer must ensure the product is securely and properly packaged for return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used supplements

Items returned over 28 days of receipt.

Products not returned in original condition
Once opened, supplements cannot be resold. This is non-negotiable.

Return the product exactly as received
Returns sent without approval will be refused.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
